Please allow up to 24 hours for a report to be generated for your first submission. Resubmitted papers will take a minimum of 24 hours to generate a new similarity report for each submission.

·If the similarity index is still showing "pending', try selecting the “Refresh Submissions” link under “My Submissions” tab to reload the page  If the report is still not available, please now try opening up your file in the Turnitin Document Viewer. After you click on your file it will open in a new tab - your Similarity Report may be available here, even when it is still showing as 'Pending' on your my submissions page

·If you have resubmitted an assignment, there will be a delay of 24 hours before an originality report is available

·The course convenor can choose whether to allow students to view the similarity report

·Standard practice is to allow students to view the report for Draft submissions, but generally not for Final submissions

·If you are unsure if you should be able to see a Similarity Report, please check instructions in your Course site, or contact your Convenor

If the Similarity Report for your first submission to a DRAFT is still pending after 24 Hours, do not resubmit as reports for resubmissions will always take 24 hours to generate. Instead, please try the 'Refresh submissions' and checking inside the Turnitin Document Viewer steps mentioned at the top of this page. If you have tried these two steps and the Report is still not available, please contact the IT Service Centre on 3735 5555.
